Welcome to Uchegbu Foundation

Widows are our mothers, our sisters, and our friends. In Nigeria, the challenges faced by widows are immense, from economic hardships to social stigmas. Many are left vulnerable, struggling to care for their children. But with your support, we can help them rebuild their lives.

We believe in a faith-driven approach to support. As James 1:27 (NIV) says, ‘Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress…’ This scripture guides our work and commitment.
